Located on the idyllic Qbajjar sea front. Fully refurbished in 2017. This apartment has a large west facing balcony, which enjoys plenty of sunshine all afternoon till sunset over the shimmering sea. When it gets too hot outside you can retreat in the air-conditioned comfort. If you desire more space you can access the rooftop and bask in the sun up there. Large flat screen tv, with free to air digital channels and android box streaming popular internet content, like YouTube, Netflix etc.
The space
Set in a quiet location, for those that want to relax and be as close to the sea as it can get. This apartment is on the second floor. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed in main bedroom and 2 single beds in the secondary bedroom. There is an extra single bed in the lounge. This apartment can comfortably fit 4 to 5 persons + baby. The Kitchen/ lounge area and the main bedroom are air-conditioned. Plenty of off street parking available in our private grounds.
For Netflix users connect with your own user name through android box and watch content like at home.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole apartment, as this is a complete home which won’t be shared with anyone else. Should you wish to go sunbathe on the roof, you also have access to the roof.
Interaction with guests
I live next door and am available to answer any questions that you might have. Guests will have the apartment to themselves. I will answer any query through airbnb messaging system, and in case of any difficulty will pass in person after work.
Other things to note
In the price water, electricity, Wi-Fi , towels and bed linen are included. The only thing that is paid extra is the use of the air conditioning, which is paid via coin meter according to how much electricity is consumed. Electricity rate is set at euro 0.25 cents per kilowatt consumed by the air cons. If you don’t intend to use air-conditioning you won’t need to pay anything extra.
Towels provided are strictly for bathroom use and cannot be taken out to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels

Cancellations
Strict – free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
