Guests will have access to the whole apartment, as this is a complete home which wont be shared with anyone else. Should you wish to go sunbathe on the roof, you also have access to the roof which is accessed by elevator.

I live next door, and am available to answer any questions that you might have. Guests will have the apartment to themselves. I will answer any query through airbnb messaging system, and in case of any difficulty will pass in person after work.

Please note that tv channel reception consists of Maltese and Italian channels , Basic cable reception , No international tv channels are available. However tv set is lcd type with hdmi input should you wish to stream your media.
In the kitchen there is no hot water. If hot water in the kitchen is important for you please look at my other listings.
Towels provided are strictly for bathroom use and cannot be taken out to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels.
This apartment is not heated. However if a heater is needed a portable gas heater is available at the cost of the gas cylinder ( around euro 15 depending on the size) Gas heaters as well as the gas ovens/burners must be used under supervision and must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. We are not responsible for their careless use, or if they are left on unattended.!
