This is a compact comfortable studio apartment situated in the heart of Marsalforn. On the second floor .Close to the beach and all amenities like supermarket, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and bus terminal. Its right on the beach and enjoys sea views from the open air balcony
Guest access
This is a whole apartment and wont be shared with anybody else.
Interaction with guests
I live near by, and am available to answer any questions that you might have. Guests will have the apartment to themselves. I will answer any query through airbnb messaging system, and in case of any difficulty will pass in person after work.
Other things to note
Please note that electricity used by the airconditioner is not included. The air con is operated via coin meter. Guests are charged electricity used by air con unit at cost price ( standard domestic utility rate in malta) Air conditioner is the new economic inverter type.
Towels provided are strictly for bathroom use and cannot be taken out to the beach. Please bring your own beach towels
The oven utilizes gas. Gas burners/ovens must be used under supervision and must be attended to AT ALL TIMES. We are not responsible for their careless use, use for other purpose than intended, or if they are left on unattended.!
Kindly no loud noise after 11pm and should you wish to smoke you can smoke in the balcony.
It is important not to check in before 1 pm and to check out strictly at 10 am, especially during the busy summer months, as we need the necessary time to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests. If you need to arrive early or check out late kindly ask me beforehand for permission. If its possible i will try and accommodate.
